About Us

Duplex Telecom has been providing communications products to all sizes of companies for the last 15 years. However, it is the emphasis on call management products that sets Duplex apart from its competitors. 

With many years experience in the call management field, and close relationships with manufacturers such as Mitel Networks, Duplex is at the forefront of IP technology with its Novalog IP call management product.

S ince November 2001 when Duplex was acquired by the owners of MIT Communications limited, Duplex Telecom has been supporting its existing customers whilst developing an IP based call management system. This product Novalog IP is now being adopted by many existing Novalog 6.1 customers, and channels alike.
